None of it is required, but each one makes the estimate more accurate.
Interior, exterior, cabinets, deck, or a mix. It tells us how long the visit needs to be.
Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint, which changes how painted surfaces are disturbed.
Soft wood, cracked stucco or failing caulk. Repairs come before paint and belong in the price.
A date you are working toward, or a window when the property is free. We will say plainly if it fits.
Gates, alarm codes, pets and where a van can sit. It saves a return visit.
